  It seems to me there are changes to 1.03 that aren't in the patch notes.

  Either LRM's armor got changed, or the armor/damage types bonuses/reductions have been modified. 

  LRMS die like scouts now, which isn't nessisarily bad.  They die like they kill now, seems fair and good, and unlike the shittorm we were expecting from teh patch notes.

  Also seems flaks do far less damage than they already did to lrms.

  I'd guess soemthing like antiverylight now does less against medium armor, and medium armor takes more from other stuff?  Or asailants armor type was simply changed.

  How do I get the new entity files for 1.03?.. just extractor a new ReferenceData folder and it'll decompress the entity files in my game folder which were updated to 1.03?

can you tell us what is killing the lrm's fast? scouts have always killed them fast for example.

even light frigs are dropping LRMS fast now.

If you send an assailant against militia you see it taking sooo much damage per hit.

I tried reextracting REferenceData form the mod package and it's the ones from 1.02 or something.. How do I see the new ones?
The ones in my game folder are binary or whatever.

just checked and assailants die nearly as fast (few seconds more across 123 seconds, but most likely due to the 20 shield buff.) to scouts, meaning they still take 200% damage from scouts and based on the above chart it can only mean they still have light armour. (scouts were not changed at all).

maybe javelins ( not gonna look for the time it took to kill them in posts from weeks ago) were changed, but assailants armour type was not.

You don't, until Ironclad releases the 1.03 version of the modpack.

gameplay.constants is not a bin file, but a text file, thats how I got the damage modifiers info.
I can tell which files were modified/not modified (date based) and thus I could tell that scouts were not changed and still do the same damage type, we have to wait till they update the mod package with the ~133 modified files ( a lot are changes to the technology for increasing tier 1/2 research time).
